Important Application Advice

For best results, ensure the panels and edging materials are clean, dry and free from dust, oil or release agents. Cold or damp materials may reduce the adhesive’s open time and lead to an unreliable bond.

Regularly check the glue temperature at the application roller. Temperatures below the recommended range may shorten the available bonding time, while excessive temperatures can degrade the adhesive and affect its colour, viscosity and bonding performance.

During production breaks, reduce the glue-pot temperature by approximately 30–40°C to help prevent unnecessary thermal degradation.

Because substrates, edging materials and machine settings vary, always perform a preliminary bonding test before commencing production.
