Description

The Nib Roller Press is used to press Laminates on materials such as Chipboard, MDF, Plywood, Chipboard etc. The Nib Roller guarantee's adhesion to bright and thin materials due to the Pneumatic Press and Hard Rubber Rollers. There is no waiting period, unlike Classic Press Machinery. There is also no limit to the work piece length and is extremely easy to use. The machine has very low energy consumption (especially compared to Traditional Presses). The footprint of the machine is also small, utilising in-feed and Out-feed benches. The machine is highly suitable for mass production and continuous use. Adjusting Roller Speeds and Temperature is necessary to ensure the best result.
