Description
The Virutex AB111N Biscuit Joiner is a professional jointing machine designed for accurately cutting biscuit slots in panels, frames and solid timber components.
Its precision micrometric fence can be adjusted to virtually any height or angle, making it suitable for edge-to-edge joints, mitre joints, frame construction and joining materials of different thicknesses. Clear alignment markings help position each cut without requiring exact measurement, while allowing approximately 20mm of lateral adjustment when assembling the joint.
A pre-set depth selector makes it quick and easy to change between common biscuit sizes. The movable fence is optimised for working with 16mm, 19mm and 22mm panels, while its wider adjustment range also accommodates thicker workpieces.
Powered by an 800W motor and supplied with a professional 100mm carbide-tipped blade, the AB111N delivers clean, consistent grooves for strong and accurately aligned timber joints.
