Used by Glenn primarily for the initial shaping of dry bowl blanks, the GL4 5/8" Bowl Gouge has a 55 degree double bevel signature grind for fast wood removal and fine finish. It also helps you maintain critical bevel contact when reaching down inside a bowl. Highly recommended by Glenn for use as a general purpose bowl gouge. Made by Hamlet Craft Tools, Sheffield, England. To help you maintain the grind supplied on your GL4 gouge, detailed easy-to-follow sharpening instructions are included.
