Suitable for cutting Wood, Plastic, Paper, Acrylic, Rubber, other non-metal items. Ideal for Industry cutting of Signage and Advertising components, Air Plane / Hobby Models plus more. 130W C02 Laser Tube. No CAD experience is necessary. Includes easy to use CAD Software, Exhaust Fan, Water Cooling System, and Air Pump.
This machine features an open frame configuration rather than a cabinet enclosure. Having this open frame setup, allows the machine to be easily unmounted from this frame allowing it to pass through narrows doors (This is not possible with the cabinet enclosure featured on the standard RS130 machine).
The Cutting Capacity / Thickness is dependent entirely on the material specification (ie. material composition) eg.:
- Material Country of Origin?
- Whether the material (MDF / Timber) is Dry / Wet?
- Whether the material is Old / New?
All materials should be trialed and tested, however, a guide is as follows:
- Acrylic 0-20mm
- MDF 0-12mm
- Ply 0-12mm
- Pine 0-16mm

Additional Information
Class 1: Safe under all conditions of normal use. Used in CD/DVD players, laser printers, barcode scanners. No special precautions needed.
Class 1M: Safe except when viewed with optical instruments. Used in fiber optic systems, measurement tools. Avoid using optical instruments to view the beam.
Class 2: Safe for brief exposure due to blink reflex. Used in laser pointers, alignment lasers. Do not stare into the beam.
Class 2M: Safe for brief exposure unless viewed with optical instruments. Used in alignment tools, rangefinders. Avoid using optical instruments to view the beam.
Class 3R: Low risk of injury, up to 5 mW. Used in laser pointers, alignment lasers. Avoid direct eye exposure.
Class 3B: Can cause eye and skin injuries, up to 500 mW. Used in research, some medical devices. Use safety goggles and avoid direct exposure.
Class 4: High risk, can cause severe injuries and fire hazards, above 500 mW. Used in industrial cutting, welding, medical, research. Use protective equipment and follow strict safety measures.
